We started our journey at the end of 2021 in a shared flat, where we had to find a special tea gift for Fabi's mom. Today, we are a rapidly growing startup that is shaking up the conservative tea market.

We love taking things on, designing creatively, and seeing direct results – without long decision-making processes or rigid procedures. Initiative and teamwork come first at our company. On Amazon, we belong to the top sellers and are currently building out our product portfolio. Tasks

• Supporting the performance and development of our marketplace business (Amazon, Etsy & Co.)
• Participating in planning, controlling, and optimizing performance marketing measures – especially Amazon Ads
• Creating and optimizing keyword-optimized product texts
• Analyzing relevant KPIs and helping with deriving and implementing optimization measures

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in the field of economics, marketing, e-commerce or a comparable analytical field
• A affinity for numbers as well as structured and data-driven work with Excel is self-evident for you
• You combine analytical thinking with creativity and develop performance-strong product texts
• First experiences with performance marketing (e.g. Meta, Google, Amazon) are a plus
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) in writing and speaking are required
• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten and enthusiasm for getting started in a rapidly growing startup
