Working Student (m/f/d) | People & Organizational Culture (POC)

IN A NUTSHELL
As a working student in the POC team (People & Organizational Culture), you will support the active shaping of our company culture.
You will be right there where things get exciting: From personnel development and employer branding to the sustainability report. We offer you maximum variety: You will be involved in the design of a wide range of HR projects from the initial idea to final implementation.
Your Responsibilities
- Personnel & Leadership Development: You will support the conception and implementation of development programs and learning formats (e.g., online training for our AI training).
- Organizational Development: You will accompany various projects for shaping our company culture and support the organization and moderation of retrospectives and workshops.
- Employee Survey & Sustainability: You will participate in the execution and evaluation of our annual employee survey (from setup to evaluation) and work on our sustainability report.
- Employer Branding: You will participate in internal and external campaigns as well as content creation for our social media channels – from brainstorming and image collection to writing captions.
- Operational Support: You will support our operations team with administrative and organizational topics.
Your Profile
- You are a Master's or Bachelor's student (from the 4th semester onwards) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field.
- You have initial experience in HR through internships or working student positions.
- You have a strong interest in organizational culture and personnel development.
- You have very good German and English skills.
- You have a hands-on mentality: You don't have a problem helping with administrative tasks and thinking strategically.
