What your tasks will be:

• BUILD with us new themes on: We are currently developing central processes around Performance Management and Feedback. You will be part of it from the start and help to structure these themes.
• Makes functional workflows out of concepts: You support in developing processes so that they do not only look good on paper, but actually work in everyday life.
• Understand how everything fits together: You will work your way into various people topics and learn how processes, data, and tools interact – and how to build meaningful solutions from them.
• Takes care of structure and clarity: You document, structure, and develop setups further, so that they are understandable and usable for others.

Your Skillset

• Studies & Expertise: You are a student in a relevant field like Psychology, Business Education or Business Administration and already have some professional experience and are available about 20 hours a week
• Hands-on mentality & Communication strength: You enjoy getting involved in new topics and taking responsibility and communicate convincingly in German and English
