As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Partnermanagement, you are the first voice to our potential craft partners. You will help us to strategically expand our network and inspire new businesses to collaborate.

• Bring leads to life: You will call potential craft partners and pique their interest in our model.

• Clarify hard facts: In the initial conversation, you will directly clarify the most important key data (e.g., capacities, trade, region).

• Build relationships: You will ask the right questions, build trust, and forward qualified partners to our Partnermanagement team.

• Documentation: You will diligently record your results in our system so that no lead is lost.

• What's most important to us? Your motivation and your can-do mentality: As a true team player, you actively contribute and thus jointly contribute to the success of our team. You think in solutions rather than problems and are ready to take responsibility.
• Personality over field of study: It doesn't matter if you study Business Administration, Sociology, German Studies, or Pedagogy – your field of study is irrelevant to us. What counts is your demeanor!

• Communication skills & drive: You are confident, tough, and don't get flustered easily on the phone.

• Experience or enthusiasm: Ideally, you have prior experience in sales, recruiting, promotion, or telemarketing – or you are simply burning to learn it.

• Fluent German: You communicate clearly, professionally, and bindingly (C2 level).
