FlixTrain Partner Management is responsible for operational train operations and ensures that material, logistics, and process flows run smoothly. We work closely with internal interfaces and external partners and continuously drive the development of our processes forward.

About the Role

• Supporting material and logistics processes in operational daily business
• Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries and inventory arrivals
• Controlling operating supplies, consumables, and inventory levels
• Participating in projects in the areas of Supply Chain, Spare Parts Management, and Logistics Automation
• Occasional work at warehouse locations in the Berlin metropolitan area (material replenishment, inventories)
• Analyzing operational processes and developing optimization approaches
• Supporting process improvements, quality assurance, and data-based evaluations

About You

• Enrolled studies with a focus on economics, logistics, transportation, or a comparable field of study
• Structured and reliable work style and good operational understanding
• Able to quickly grasp information, prioritize, and categorize
• Analytical thinking and insight into process relationships
• Clear communication and meticulous documentation
• Self-reliant work style and openness to professional exchange
• Very good German and English language skills
