You will gain exciting insights into order and service processes, work with various systems, and help to reliably ensure data quality and operational workflows.

What awaits you

As a working student, you will support our team in the administrative processing and coordination of orders and service requests. You will take on clearly defined tasks in daily business, work with different systems and interfaces, and assist in the continuous improvement of our operational processes.

  • Identifying and documenting recurring errors, data discrepancies, and manual process obstacles
  • Support with data cleansing, process documentation, and measures to improve data quality and operational workflows

What you bring with you

  • Current studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program
  • High affinity for digital applications and systems, and ideally initial experience with CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems
  • Structured, meticulous, and independent way of working, as well as analytical thinking and a strong sense of quality
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn, as well as enjoyment in understanding interrelationships and identifying potential for improvement
Work experience is not required – your motivation and interest in digital processes are more important.

What you can look forward to

  • Flexible working hours with up to 20 hours per week, fitting around your studies
  • Free distribution of your working hours – for example, two full days and half a day or by arrangement
  • Practical insights into operational order and service processes
  • Responsible tasks and participation in exciting projects
  • Intensive onboarding and personal support

  • Developing a sound understanding of data quality and operational process flows
  • Participating in data cleansing, process documentation, and optimization measures
