Work Student (m/w/d) Online-Marketing (Cologne)

MediSync GmbH is a HealthTech startup from Cologne, Germany, that rethinks medical documentation. Our KI-based platform transcribes doctor-patient conversations, structures medical content, and creates automatically billable doctor's letters – secure, GDPR-compliant, and in seconds.

We accompany the entire doctor-patient journey: from anamnesis to clinical decision support until final billing.
Our goal: doctors relieved, bureaucracy reduced, and time for what matters most given back – medicine.

Tasks

• Support in online marketing with a focus on Medical & HealthTech (B2B)
• Creation and maintenance of content for website, blog, LinkedIn, and newsletter
• Participation in marketing campaigns (product features, events, studies, webinars)
• Research on medical topics, clinic workflows, and digital health solutions
• Support with SEO, content performance, and evaluations
• Tight collaboration with sales, product, and medical partners

Qualification

• Enrolled student (e.g., marketing, communication, health management, medical technology, or comparable)
• Very good German language skills (C1/C2) and good English
• Interest in medicine, digitalization, and HealthTech
• Structured, reliable, and independent work style
• Safe handling of texts and a good sense of language Experience with content creation, SEO, or social media
• Basic understanding of medical or clinical topics
