Work Student (m/w/d) - Network Management & EVU-Applications

Tasks

• EVU-Application & Network Management: You're the heart of our registration process – you submit applications to network operators, actively track processes, and ensure that no project gets stuck in the approval process.
• Communication with Network Operators: You communicate regularly with EVUs and network operators – friendly, patient, and always straightforward to the point.
• Technical Project Planning: Support for planning and designing PV systems (e.g., with PVSOL).
• Financial Support: Maintenance of project data in CRM/ERP system and support for creating offers and orders.
• Process Documentation: You keep processes running smoothly and help develop our internal processes further.

Qualification

• Patience & Communication Strength: You have no problem with re-asking three times, politely pointing out an unanswered response – and still remaining friendly. That's what good network management is all about.
• Structure & Self-Organization: You keep track of things, even when many projects are running simultaneously. You love checklists, clear responsibilities, and completed tasks.
• Eigeninitiative: You don't wait for instructions, but think with it, ask timely questions, and bring processes to a close independently.
• Digital Affinity: You quickly get familiar with new tools and enjoy digitalizing administrative processes.
• Fluent German in word and writing – clear, concise, and professional.

Nice-to-have:
Initial contacts with renewable energies or network connections, experience with PVSOL, basic financial knowledge.
