Your Tasks

Support in planning and organizational preparation of fairs, events, and internal events
Coordinate and align with internal contact persons (e.g. sales, product management, marketing)
Register and book fairs & events (e.g. exhibition stands, event locations, hotels, etc.)
Prepare event materials (e.g. exhibits, giveaways, print materials, signage)
Document and follow up on events (e.g. photo album, feedback collection, result summaries)

Your Profile:

Starting, ongoing, or almost completed studies in the fields of event management, marketing, communication, business administration, or a comparable field
Knowledge of business processes
First experiences in project organization, event organization (e.g. through internships, work student activities, or university projects) are advantageous
Good German and English skills in writing and speaking
