Working Student (m/f/d) – Market Analysis & Sales Concept Development in the Field of Organic Farming

YOUR TASKS

• Contribution to the development of a sustainable operating and sales concept for an organically managed farm
• Conducting regional market and competitor analyses in the field of organic farming (suckler cow husbandry, goat and sheep milk products, etc.)
• Analysis of regional market players and their sales and marketing structures
• Research and identification of sales and market potentials, trends, and attractive niche markets
• Analysis and comparison of sales and marketing costs
• Establishing contact and exchanging information with producers, marketers, and other external information sources

WHAT YOU BRING

• Current studies in agricultural economics, business administration, marketing, or a comparable degree program
• Practical experience in agriculture and/or on the family farm; understanding of agricultural processes and animal husbandry are an advantage
• Passion for organic farming, high-quality food, and sustainable marketing concepts
• Analytical thinking skills and enjoyment in researching and evaluating complex issues
• Extensive knowledge in marketing, especially in sales and marketing strategies
• Independent and structured way of working
• Creativity, ability to think outside the box, and develop unconventional solution approaches
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Native-level German language skills (C2 according to GER)
