Marketing, Social Media & Community Management Student (m/w/d)

We are the TheraShift Competence Center and accompany therapists in recognizing causes and enabling sustainable changes, not just treating symptoms.

Our vision: We bring movement to the healthcare system and create new perspectives for therapists who want to achieve more, support people holistically, and become economically independent.

To reach even more therapists with our message, we are looking for a student (m/w/d) for marketing, social media, and community management.

Tasks

You will support us in making our content visible and expanding our community.

This includes:

* Creation of social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms

* Development of posts, reels, stories, and short videos around therapy, health, entrepreneurship, and personal development

* Designing graphics, carousels, and visual contents with Canva

* Supporting the planning and implementation of campaigns for workshops, seminars, retreats, and online offerings

* Taking care of our community and interacting with therapists on social media

* Supporting email marketing and maintaining our websites and member areas

* Observing current trends in social media, content marketing, and health communication

Qualification

* Ongoing studies in the field of marketing, communication, media, health management, physiotherapy, or a comparable program

* Interest in health, therapy, coaching, or personal development

* Secure language skills and joy in writing

* First experiences with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools

* Creativity, self-initiative, and the ability to implement ideas independently

* Structured and reliable work style

* Joy in taking responsibility and bringinging own ideas
