Work Student (m/w/d), Marketing & Customer Acquisition

We are an independent institute for product-market research based in Stuttgart. We offer technical inspections, consumer tests, and expert evaluations from a single source – for manufacturers, wholesalers, and consumer advocates. Our mission: to make products better – with relevant insights and practical assessments.

Tasks

As Work Student:in, you will support our team in two central areas:

Marketing (approximately 50%):

• Writing, planning, and publishing LinkedIn posts (e.g., about projects, tests, industry trends)
• Maintenance and further development of our external representation (e.g., presentations, website, one-pager)
• Support in creating newsletters, mailings, and marketing materials
• Research on topics, formats, and best practices in B2B marketing

Customer Acquisition & Sales Support (approximately 50%):

• Potential customer research and contact establishment (B2B)
• Preparation of acquisition lists and contact recommendations
• Support in creating individual letters, pitch presentations, and offers
• BUILDING, MAINTENANCE, AND UPDATE OF OUR CRM SYSTEM
• Documentation of contacts and preparations for meetings with the management team

Qualification

• You are studying business administration, communication science, marketing, or something similar
• You have a good sense of language and target groups (especially in the B2B sector)
• You work structured, proactively, and reliably
• You are interested in market and product tests, consumer behavior, or technology
• A secure handling of MS Office, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage
• First experiences with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or sales are a plus – but not a must
