Working Student (m/f/d) Marketing & Growth

Everything here revolves around one question: How do we reach and win the right customers? You will help to draw the attention of relevant companies to Eberhardt Service Group, generate interest on the website and in campaigns, and provide the sales department with suitable content for further outreach. You will learn the most important steps of the customer journey – from initial attention and the information phase to handover to sales. You will work on real projects and see the impact of your work.
What awaits you:

Content & Social Media

• You will create content for our social media channels (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook) in text, image, and video format. The focus will be on topics that are interesting for potential customers and relevant business contacts – for example, solutions, industry developments, projects, events, and insights into our services.
• You will manage and schedule posts and contribute to our editorial planning.

• You will assist in setting up and ongoing management of our paid search campaigns on Google and Bing. You will monitor key performance indicators, document anomalies, and prepare optimization suggestions. Budget decisions, goal definitions, and productive changes will be made with the responsible parties.

• You will assist in creating sales and event documents – from one-pagers and presentations to materials for events. You will prepare content based on briefings, keep templates up-to-date, and ensure consistent presentation. Technical approval of statements will be provided by Marketing, Sales, or the respective specialist departments.
• Together with the sales team, you will develop templates and text modules for direct customer communication. You will work based on agreed target groups, offers, and tonalities, and assist in the structured documentation of variants and feedback from the sales team.

• You will support the content expansion of our company website and contribute to building a clear knowledge hub. Together with Marketing and the responsible specialist departments, you will further develop topics and content.
• You will maintain website content and prepare it for approval by the Head of Marketing.

• You will scout relevant panels and networking events and prepare decision papers for management.
  
  

• You are enrolled in business administration with a focus on marketing, marketing management, communication or media management, economics, or a comparable degree program.
• First practical experience from internships, university projects, student initiatives, or volunteer work is a plus, but not a requirement. More importantly to us is that you are eager to delve into various topics.
• Ideally, you have experience with tools such as Canva or AI tools, as well as with content management systems, for example, WordPress. First experience with Google Ads, SEO, or CRM is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You are proficient in using standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, stylistically confident in writing (C1 to C2).
• You enjoy collaborating with various internal and external contacts and are strong in communication.
• You work meticulously, independently, and reliably.

• Fair compensation: €18.50 per hour
