Working Student (m/f/d) Marketing Events

Your Tasks

You will support our marketing team in the planning, organization, and execution of external and internal events – from the initial idea to the follow-up.

• You will help with the organization of appointments, locations, service providers, materials, and participants.

• You will support communication surrounding our events, the maintenance of participant data, and the evaluation of events.

• You will actively help out on-site at our events.

• You will contribute your own ideas and help develop our event formats and processes.

Your Profile

• You enjoy organizing events, work in a structured manner, and can keep an overview even when juggling multiple tasks.

• You bring creativity and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality, as well as the necessary flexibility for occasional evening or weekend assignments.

• You are communicative, reliable, and enjoy working independently as well as in a team.

• You are currently studying Marketing, Communications, Media, Event Management, or a comparable course of study.

• You are proficient and experienced with common office programs.

• Ideally, you have a driver's license class B.

• If you and we have determined that it is a good fit, you will receive your employment contract.

• 4 weeks before your start date, you will receive a welcome email with all the information about your first day of work.

• On your first day of work, you will be welcomed by your manager. You will then learn everything important as part of an onboarding plan.
