Job description

Your tasks

To support our teams in Marketing, Bid Management, and Sales, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to assist us with maintaining our CRM data, preparing sales and marketing documents, and with organizational tasks related to events and partners.

Your tasks in detail:

  • You will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning our CRM data in HubSpot – this includes, for example, removing duplicates and ensuring high data quality.
  • You will assist with the structuring and optimization of data fields, lists, and workflows in HubSpot.
  • You will research and select suitable events for our participation.
  • You will coordinate with internal and external cooperation partners and support coordination.
  • You will build a structured knowledge base with reusable content components for proposal creation.
  • You will expand our collection of use cases and client cases and populate them with content from past tenders and proposals.
  • You will adjust search and filter settings in supplier portals and set up appropriate notifications.

Your profile

  • You are enrolled, ideally in a degree program in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a comparable field of study.
  • You work in a structured, meticulous manner and can maintain an overview even with many data points.
  • Initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • You are proficient in using the Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • You bring an independent work style and an interest in marketing and sales processes.
  • Fluent German and good English skills complete your profile.
  • You are looking for a working student position with a weekly workload of approx. 16 hours and enjoy working on-site (Munich, near Westpark).

Your benefits

  • Market-rate compensation, flexible working hours, modern workstations, and the option to work partially from home.
  • High-end tools of your choice: MacBook or ThinkPad.
  • Training on the job, open communication culture, and a friendly and helpful team.
  • Pleasant working atmosphere, innovative technologies, and agile methods.
  • A central office with modern facilities and good public transport accessibility.
  • Company events such as the annual kickoff party, cooking events (e.g., our weekly salad Wednesday and our monthly Weißwurst breakfast), Oktoberfest, etc., which strengthen team spirit and create unforgettable moments.
