Student Assistant (m/w/d) - Logistics Planning & WMS Project

We at MAMEIDO sell high-quality drinkware and lifestyle products through e-commerce. Our strongly growing fulfillment is facing the next development step:

We plan to introduce a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) as well as plan and acquire a new warehouse location.

To support these real-world projects, we are looking for a student assistant (m/w/d), who will assist the project leader operationally in planning, analysis, and implementation.

Tasks

• Participation in planning and introducing a new WMS (requirement definition, tests, preparation of implementation)
• Support in planning a new warehouse location (layout, processes, material flows)
• Analysis and processing of data, key figures, and process flows as decision-making basis
• Preliminary work and processing of concrete task packages in the project (documentation, coordination, follow-up)
• Support in coordinating external and internal stakeholders (e.g. service providers, warehouse team)
• Use of KI tools for analysis, structuring, and efficiency improvement of project tasks (e.g. process documentation, data processing)

Qualification

• Studies in the field of logistics, supply chain, economics engineering or comparable
• First practical experience with logistics-, warehouse- or process projects is advantageous
• Very quick comprehension, structured working method and high data affinity
• Safe handling of Excel / Sheets, openness to new tools
• Interest in and openness to the use of KI for supporting operational projects
