Working Student (m/f/d) Legal Tech Sales

Responsibilities

• Support of the sales team in operational daily business and communication with clients, prospects, and partners
• Qualification and processing of incoming inquiries (Inbound Sales) & support in new customer acquisition including initial contact (Outbound Sales)
• Maintenance of customer data and sales activities in CRM and creation and follow-up of offers
• Preparation of customer appointments, presentations, and sales documents
• Research on target customers, markets, and competitors

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication Studies, or a comparable field of study
• Desirable: Initial experience in communication with customers, clients, or external stakeholders
• Interest in Legal Tech, sales, customer communication, and business development
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a confident and friendly demeanor
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• High degree of initiative and willingness to learn
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1 level)
