About us
TheraTalent is a specialized recruitment agency for physiotherapy, ergotherapy, and speech therapy practices. We help our clients find qualified employees within 30 days – without headhunters or job portals.
To grow faster and provide professional support to our customers, we are looking for you as Part-time Student (m/w/d) in Customer Support & Onboarding.
Tasks
- You create new landing pages based on clear templates and customer data.
- You take care of text and image editing, structure content, and ensure good readability.
- You process customer inquiries via email.
- You check submitted forms and ensure that all data is complete.
- You document completed steps in our internal system.
- You work closely with the fulfillment team.
Qualification
- Enrolled student (part-time, max. 20 hours per week)
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
- Reliable and structured work style
- Friendly demeanor, strong communicator
- Safe handling of email, WhatsApp, & Office tools
- Eagerness to take initiative – you love getting things done rather than leaving them pending
