Tasks

Your tasks

• You will maintain, wait for, and develop our IT infrastructure actively with
• You will set up workstations and configure PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• You will manage user accounts and rights, e.g., in Active Directory or Microsoft 365
• You will support our employees as the first point of contact for IT inquiries (First-Level-Support)
• You will help with network, server, and cloud topics and bring your ideas in
• You will document our IT systems and processes clearly and practically

Qualification

Your profile

• Educational background, studies or practical experience in the IT field (e.g., computer science, informatics, business informatics)
• Good basic knowledge of Windows environments, network technology, and common standard software
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (mandatory requirement)
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
• Service orientation and communication strength
• Responsibility and discretion
