Work Student (m/w/d) - IT Consulting & AI

MGRP is a management consulting boutique for IT strategy and sourcing on a stable growth course – successful projects and customer satisfaction confirm MGRP since over 10 years.

Tasks

• Insight into real digitalization and AI projects, as well as participation in innovative topics such as Agentive AI and automation
• Support in the development and implementation of automation workflows (e.g. with tools like n8n)
• Participation in AI use cases (e.g. agent systems, prompt engineering, data analysis)
• Analysis and optimization of business processes
• Support in technical implementation (e.g. small scripts, APIs, data processing)
• Preliminary preparation of workshops and presentations for customers
• Interface between department and IT

Qualification

• Study of business informatics, computer science, or comparable with an IT focus
• First experience in project management or interest in it
• Basic understanding of programming (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital business models
• First experiences with tools/APIs/no-code are a plus (e.g. n8n, Zapier, REST APIs), as well as experience with AI tools (e.g. LLMs, prompting, automations)
• Analytical thinking and understanding of business economic relationships
• Independent, structured working style
• Communication skills and secure expression in German and English
• High level of self-reliance and team ability
