Working Student (m/f/d) International Marketing & Event Management

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for student support (m/f/d) in the area of International Marketing & Event Management. You will support us in the planning and implementation of international trade fair appearances, customer events, and marketing projects. In doing so, you will work closely with our international subsidiaries as well as external partner companies and service providers, gaining valuable practical experience in international B2B marketing and project management.

Your Responsibilities

• Support in the planning, organization, and follow-up of international trade fairs, customer events, and internal events
• Coordination of event-related activities with our international locations to ensure unified planning and communication
• Collaboration with agencies, trade fair organizers, and other service providers for the successful execution of global events
• Creation and preparation of presentations, newsletters, event materials, and other marketing content in German and English
• Support in maintaining and updating our website as well as in selected social media activities related to international events
• Conducting market and competitor research and providing administrative support for international marketing projects

Essential Skills

• Ongoing studies in the field of marketing, business administration, event management, communication, or a comparable degree program
• Initial practical experience in marketing, event management, or project management is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of working in an international environment and coordinating with teams from different countries
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Proficient in using standard Microsoft Office applications
