Working Student (m/f/d) International Marketing & Event Management

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for student support (m/f/d) in the field of International Marketing & Event Management. You will support us in the planning and implementation of international trade fair appearances, customer events, and marketing projects. In doing so, you will work closely with our international subsidiaries and external partner companies and service providers, gaining valuable practical experience in international B2B marketing and project management.

• Support in the planning, organization, and follow-up of international trade fairs, customer events, and internal events
• Coordination of event-related activities with our international locations to ensure consistent planning and communication
• Collaboration with agencies, trade fair organizers, and other service providers for the successful implementation of global events
• Creation and preparation of presentations, newsletters, event materials, and other marketing content in German and English
• Support in maintaining and updating our website as well as selected social media activities related to international events
• Conducting market and competitor research as well as administrative support for international marketing projects

• Ongoing studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Communication, or a comparable field of study
• Initial practical experience in marketing, event management, or project management is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of collaboration in an international environment and coordination with teams from different countries
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Proficient in the common Microsoft Office applications

• Interest in B2B marketing and technical products
• Initial experience with content creation, social media, or website maintenance
• High level of initiative and a solution-oriented mindset
• Team spirit and enjoyment of contributing your own ideas

• Exciting practical experience in international event management and B2B marketing
