As a subsidiary of dpa, we are responsible for IT infrastructure, business-critical applications, modern cloud and data center infrastructures, as well as digital workplaces for the entire dpa group.

To strengthen our information security team, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for up to 20 hours/week at our Hamburg location, initially for a limited period of one year, starting from November 1, 2026.
The Job + Your Responsibilities
- You will support the creation and maintenance of security policies and concepts.
- You will assist in assessing risks, new tools, and AI solutions from an information security perspective and document your findings comprehensibly.
- You will analyze and document security requirements and processes and support the derivation and tracking of measures.
- You will participate in the implementation of awareness measures (e.g., training, phishing simulations, emergency drills, newsletters).
- You will research current security and compliance topics and prepare your findings for the team.
- You will create presentations, evaluations, and documentation.
You + Your Strengths
- Currently studying (Business) Informatics, IT/Cyber Security, Information Management, or a comparable course of study (please submit proof of enrollment).
- A basic understanding and/or initial practical experience in IT, IT/Cyber Security, or IT Compliance is desirable.
- Initial knowledge of information security standards such as ISO 27001 or BSI-Grundschutz is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Good MS Office skills
- Structured, meticulous, and reliable working method
- You can prepare results clearly and understandably and are not afraid to contribute your opinion.
- Very good German language skills complete your profile.
