As a subsidiary of dpa, we are responsible for IT infrastructure, business-critical applications, modern cloud and data center infrastructures, and digital workplaces for the entire dpa group.

To strengthen our Information Security team, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) from November 1, 2026, at our Hamburg location for up to 20 hours per week, initially limited to one year.


The Job + The Responsibility

  • You will support the creation and maintenance of security policies and concepts. 
  • You will accompany the assessment of risks, new tools, and AI solutions from an information security perspective and document your results comprehensibly.
  • You will analyze and document security requirements and processes and support the derivation and tracking of measures.
  • You will participate in the implementation of awareness measures (e.g., training, phishing simulations, emergency drills, newsletters).
  • You will research current security and compliance topics and prepare your findings for the team.
  • You will create presentations, evaluations, and documentation.


You + Your Strengths

  • Ongoing studies in (Business) Informatics, IT/Cybersecurity, Information Management, or a comparable degree program (please submit enrollment certificate).
  • Basic understanding and/or initial practical experience in IT, IT/Cybersecurity, or IT compliance is desirable.
  • Initial knowledge of information security standards such as ISO 27001 or BSI Grundschutz is a plus, but not a must.
  • Good MS Office skills 
  • Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
  • You can present results clearly and understandably and are not afraid to contribute your opinion.
  • Very good German language skills complete your profile.
