Working Student (m/f/d) Influencer Marketing for our Brand Achterhof

ADDVANCE Consumer Health Group GmbH (formerly Vitafy) was founded in Munich in 2014 and has developed into a leading B2C online platform with its own strong end-customer brands. The focus is on the development and marketing of functional products in the area of Health & Wellbeing (healthy nutrition & natural food supplements as well as fitness & weight loss). With our brands Achterhof (achterhof.de), BodyLab (bodylab24.de) and Gymqueen (gymqueen.de), we support our health-oriented customers in achieving their individual goals. We sell both our own and third-party brands, among others, centrally via our platform vitafy.de. The team consists of colleagues who strive to grow together and create the perfect products for a fit and healthy lifestyle with fun at work – transparent, fair, and uncomplicated for our customers.

So that our mission reaches even more people, we want to further expand our influencer marketing – and for that, we are looking for you!

• Shaping Influencer Marketing: You will support the planning, implementation, and management of our influencer collaborations – from the initial contact to the final posting.
• Creator Relations: You will build relationships with suitable influencers and content creators, maintain communication, and have a good feel for authentic brand ambassadors.
• Campaign Organization: You will coordinate product shipments, briefings, and timings, keep an overview of ongoing collaborations, and actively contribute to a smooth process.
• Ideas & Trends: You will observe social media trends, develop your own creative suggestions for new collaborations, and bring in fresh impulses.
• Reporting & Learnings: You will help to track and evaluate the performance of our campaigns – in order to constantly improve together.

• You are an enrolled student in the field of Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a similar course of study.
• You enjoy social media, especially the platforms Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, know current trends, and understand what makes good creators.
• First experiences in influencer or social media marketing are an advantage.
• You work independently, are organized, and enjoy contributing your own ideas.
• You are eager to take on responsibility and actively shape influencer management through direct exchange with the marketing team.
