Job description

- Analyses and research in relation to Sustainable Finance, real estate industry, economic viability of sustainable renovations, real estate valuation
- Support in the creation of presentations
- Investigation of regulatory requirements in the context of Sustainable Finance and sustainable buildings (EPBD, Sustainable Finance Regulation)
What you bring
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in Sustainable Finance, Banking and Finance, Banking and Insurance, Real Estate Industry, Business Administration, Sustainability Management, or a comparable field of study
- Interest in the topics of sustainability, finance, and building transformation
- motivated to face new challenges
- able to quickly familiarize yourself with new, complex issues
- interested in the topics of sustainability, finance, and building transformation
- linguistically proficient and possess good German and English skills (at least B2) in speaking and writing
- proficient in the use of common office programs
- well-organized and appreciate working independently
