Tasks

Support for the managing partner/team (20 hours/week)

• Participation in the execution of M&A acquisition and sales projects or financing

• Analysis of various industries and markets (Research)

• Support in the analysis of companies, competitors, markets, business models, business plans, etc.

• Support in the development/creation of marketing strategies and marketing documents

• Identification and approach of companies

• Setting up virtual data rooms for due diligence, including data room management

• Support in acquiring new mandates

• Handling administrative tasks (office management)

Qualification

• You are studying business administration or economics in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally with a focus on finance, and can demonstrate above-average academic performance. Ideally, you also have knowledge of business law, taxation, and financial mathematics

• You possess strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset

• You enjoy working in a diverse environment and continuously learning new things

• You can quickly grasp new concepts and familiarize yourself with them

• You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• You speak fluent English

• You are reliable, a team player, and at the same time take responsibility for your own work
