Working Student / Student Assistant in Building Technology for the trades of Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, Plumbing.

Tasks

• You will support the planning of building services systems (heating, ventilation, cooling, plumbing, fire protection).
• You will perform technical calculations (e.g., heating load, cooling load, and pipe network calculations).
• Conducting site surveys and maintaining plan and documentation records.
• Support with cost estimations, bid comparisons, as well as quantity surveying, change order, and invoice reviews.
• Participation in tenders and technical research.

Qualifications

• You are currently studying Energy and Building Technology, Process Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
• You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
• Your working method is precise, independent, and structured.
• You possess a high degree of teamwork, commitment, and reliability.
• Your German language skills are at least at C1 level.
