We're looking for you as support in Recruiting, HR/Personnel, and Office Management – right in Hamburg's HafenCity.

Tasks

Your tasks with us

• You'll support our Recruiting Team in searching for, approaching, and selecting applicants.
• You'll maintain applicant data, prepare documents, and help with scheduling interviews.
• You'll take on tasks in personnel management – e.g., preparing documents, onboarding topics, or internal coordination.
• You'll support the Office Management in organizational tasks and ensure a smooth daily routine together with your colleagues.
• You'll bring in your own ideas and actively shape our HR processes.

Qualification

What you bring with you

• You're an enrolled student – ideally in the fields of business administration, psychology, personnel management, or a similar study program.
• You have interest in Recruiting, HR, and organizational tasks.
• You're communicative, structured, and reliable in your work.
• You're willing to take on responsibility and work independently as part of the team.
• You're available 20 hours a week and prefer to work on-site at our HafenCity office.
