Your Tasks:

Every year, the MSC hosts a large number of high-ranking personalities and delegations from politics, business, the military, and civil society. Consequently, extraordinary security measures are required for this event.

As a working student (m/f/d) in the field of event security, you will be responsible for the conceptual support of security planning for the MSC 2027 and for interim MSC events, working closely with all relevant stakeholders.
You will also support internal and external information and stakeholder management, thus being in direct contact with a variety of different actors.

Your position as a working student (m/f/d) in the event security sub-team of the Protocol team allows you to get a look "behind the scenes" before and during the conference and to contribute to the success of the MSC 2027 and other MSC events with a high degree of personal responsibility.

Your Profile:

You

… are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Security Management or with a focus on social sciences or political science?

… possess strong coordination skills and enjoy developing concept papers, including proofreading?

… have initial experience in corporate or event security or have an affinity for these subject areas?

… are a multitasking team player who can remain calm even under stress?

… show initiative, work in a structured manner, and with attention to detail?

… communicate precisely and feel comfortable in diplomatic circles?

… represent a "hands-on" mentality and find practical solutions for unexpected problems?
