Working Student (m/f/d) in Sales

Tasks

Your Tasks

As a working student (m/f/d), you will support our Sales Team in acquiring new customers and further developing existing sales activities. You will gain practical insights into the B2B sales of a software company and work closely with our Product Management and Consulting Team.

Your tasks will include in particular:

• Support in identifying and researching potential new customers and business opportunities
• Research on companies, contact persons, markets, and relevant industries
• Support in the preparation and execution of customer outreach
• Maintenance and further development of customer and sales data in our systems
• Support in qualifying and following up on leads
• Preparation of presentations, offers, and sales-related documents
• Support in the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
• Involvement in market and competitor analyses
• Support for the Sales Manager in operational and strategic sales tasks
• Collaboration with our technical and functional teams to align customer requirements and our solutions

Your Interfaces in the Team

You will work closely with our Sales Managers, our Product Management, and our Consulting Team.

This will give you a comprehensive insight into how customer requirements translate into concrete solution approaches and how technical services and software solutions are successfully positioned in the B2B environment.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled at a university or college, ideally in a degree program such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Marketing, Sales Management, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study.
• You are interested in sales, customer communication, and business development.
• You enjoy communicating with people and building new contacts.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner. You have initiative and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• You can quickly grasp, analyze, and present information clearly.
• You have good MS Office skills.
• You have very good German language skills and good English language skills.
• You are strong in communication, a team player, and your independent way of working rounds off your profile.
• First practical experience in sales, marketing, business development, or in dealing with CRM systems is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You can start immediately as a working student for 15 to 20 hours/week or for a (compulsory) internship during your Master's studies for at least three months.

Your weekly working hours and workdays can be arranged individually by agreement.
