Tasks

• Development of an individual personal branding strategy (for the managing director)
• Planning, creation, and publication of content (posts, storytelling formats, opinion posts)
• BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OF A STRONG BRAND PRESENCE ON LINKEDIN
• Ongoing optimization of the LinkedIn profile (headline, about, featured, content formats)
• Community management (comments, interactions, network building)
• Monitoring trends, algorithm updates, and best practices on LinkedIn
• CLOSE COORDINATION WITH THE MANAGING DIRECTOR (interviews, sparring, tone)
• Participation in training sessions and further education, which Invisio actively supports

IN ADDITION, YOU WILL TAKE ON THE FOLLOWING TASKS

• SUPPORT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE (COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS BY E-MAIL, TELEPHONE, AND CHAT)
• ASSISTANCE IN MAINTAINING AND OPTIMIZING THE WEBSITE
• SUPPORT IN MARKETING MEASURES AS WELL AS SIMPLE EVALUATIONS AND REPORTS
• ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPING DIGITAL CONTENT (E.G. E-LEARNING COURSES)
• CLOSE COOPERATION WITH INTERNAL TEAMS SUCH AS PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND IT

Qualification

• Enrolled student (m/w/d) (e.g. marketing, communication, media, business administration, etc.)
• Interest in social media, personal branding, and entrepreneurship
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Good text feeling (German, English advantageous)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, first experience posting content advantageous
• Familiarity with common MS Office applications
• Experience with tools like Canva etc. advantageous
• Creative, reliable, and structured willingness to learn new things and take responsibility
