Working Student (m/f/d) in Marketing Operations

As a working student (m/f/d), you will support our marketing team in taking our automation and CRM processes to the next level. 

• You will assist in creating automated marketing flows and designing emails in our automation tool Customer Insights.
• Our CRM system will always be up-to-date thanks to your maintenance and enriched with clean, high-quality data. 
• You will take over lead uploads and assist in correctly entering new contacts into our systems. 
• Together with the team, you will improve our reporting step by step. 
• You will support our content marketing team in developing and implementing various topics and formats.

• An ongoing degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communication, or a comparable field, ideally in an advanced semester.
• Ideally, initial experience with Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM tool, e.g., from an internship or project.
• Interest in data-related topics and a desire to learn new tools and processes.
• A structured, careful way of working and enjoyment in showing initiative.
• German and English language skills at C1 level, both written and spoken.

• You will receive structured onboarding into our marketing tools, processes, and projects.
• You will work closely with an experienced marketing team and gain practical insights into automation, CRM, and content marketing.
• A pleasant working environment in a central location in Munich, near Ostbahnhof.
• Flexible working hours that can be well combined with your studies. Ideally, you will support us for approx. 15 hours/week.
• Fun at company events and joint activities, also beyond department teams.
• Remote work is possible on several days per week.
