Marketing Student Assistant (m/w/d)

The ExciteLab is a High-Tech Accelerator in Dresden, founded in cooperation with the Technical University of Dresden (TUD), the TU Dresden Aktiengesellschaft (TUDAG) and SpinLab – The HHL Accelerator. Our focus lies on connecting promising High-Tech startups with established companies. We pursue a Venture Clienting approach, which provides startups with valuable market feedback and corporates with early access to innovative solutions in areas such as IoT, semiconductor, robotics, sensor technology, and quantum technology.
To support our marketing team, we are looking for an open-minded and motivated individual as a student assistant in marketing.

Start date: 01.04.2026, working hours: 15-20 hours/week, location: Dresden (remote work may be possible)

Tasks

Shape our brand together with the marketing team:

• from concise newsletter texts to social media content that increases our reach and engagement
• create persuasive texts for newsletters, PR activities, social media, and company blog
• support marketing measures for our ExciteLab program or events like the ExciteLab Selection Day and Mentors Day.
• enhance our team with your willingness to help with everyday office tasks

Qualification

• Startup ecosystem focus: You want to accompany the development of future-oriented technologies at the ExciteLab
• Academic background: You are studying with a focus on marketing, communication, or a comparable field.
• Communication skills in German and English: You convince with a professional expression and move confidently in international exchange.
• Structure and detail focus:** You possess the necessary eye for details and the necessary care to bring our projects at the ExciteLab safely to their goal.
• Practical marketing expertise: You ideally bring experience with HubSpot, Canva, or the production of photo and video assets, allowing you to set your own accents directly.
