Student Assistant (m/w/d) in Customer Support Kino-Ticketing

We have been supporting over 380 cinemas in Germany with our ticket and cash register software cinetixx for more than 20 years. From online ticket sales or evening box office to administration, program planning, kiosk, and data cockpit, our software cinetixx brings all these functions together under one roof.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a student assistant (m/w/d) in support for our business and end customers in the Kino-Ticketing area via phone and email.

Tasks

• Friendly telephone support and email correspondence with our cinema customers and their end customers
• Maintenance of the film database
• Sustained documentation of processing history, as well as individual solutions
• Conducting tests

Qualification

• Enrolled student in the Munich area
• Confident and professional appearance on the phone
• Very good written correspondence in German language
• Very good knowledge of the German language
• Good technical understanding and very good PC user skills
• Pleasure in customer support
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Flexibility, as well as willingness to work shifts, especially on weekends
