Work Student (m/w/d) in IT

You want to apply your theoretical knowledge from your studies and take on real responsibility? In our IT department, you can expect exciting tasks around digitalization, process optimization, and project work. As a Work Student:in, you will support us in the further development of our IT landscape, learn how to handle modern ERP systems (e.g., odoo18), and work closely with internal teams and external service providers.

Tasks

You will maintain and develop our B2C shop (Woo-Commerce, WordPress, odoo) further.

You will take care of the administration of our MS365 environment, including Intune, as well as our project management software (asana).

You will support in the selection and implementation of new hardware and software solutions.

You will support in the further development and implementation of our IT strategy – with a focus on efficiency and future viability.

You will work on IT projects and coordinate tasks in collaboration with internal colleagues and external service providers.

You will help analyze and optimize our IT processes and infrastructure.

You will document workflows and support communication between departments and IT service providers.

Qualification

You are a registered student of business informatics, computer science, or engineering with an IT focus or a comparable program.

You have ideally gained first practical experiences in the IT sector, e.g., through internships or projects.

First-hand experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and/or PHP is advantageous.

Familiarity with MS365 administration is helpful.

You are eager to learn about project management (asana) and collaboration with external service providers.

You master German and English very well in writing and speaking.
