Tasks

• Answering phone calls and processing email inquiries: You'll be the first point of contact for inquiries and help with capturing needs.
• Necessity assessment: For this, you should bring basis knowledge of SGB V-SGBXII to support customers and partners optimally.
• Participation in projects in the healthcare sector: Support us in developing and implementing exciting and innovative projects.

Qualification

• You are currently enrolled in a study in nursing, health sciences or management.
• You have a basic understanding of SGBV-XII and can apply it in practice.
• You possess fluent German skills in writing and speaking, preferably also another foreign language.
• You are digitally savvy and comfortable with modern tools.
• Your creative and eloquent approach helps you in daily interactions with customers and the team.
• Important: You must be an enrolled student.
