To support our team, we are looking for a motivated and reliable person in the area of fleet management and administration, starting immediately.
Daily Business
- Support in the organization and management of our fleet
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and statutory checks (e.g., TÜV, AU)
- Coordination and attendance of appointments related to our vehicles
- Administration and processing of damage claims and accidents
- Communication and coordination with workshops, leasing companies, insurance companies, and other service providers
- Monitoring of deadlines and documentation of relevant vehicle documents
- Support with vehicle takeovers and returns
- Control and administration of operating costs, for example for fuel, maintenance, and leasing
- Support with general organizational and administrative tasks
- Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting, as well as monthly tax
- Recording and checking business transactions
- Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements
Your Skills
- Current studies, for example in the field of business, administration, mobility, or a comparable course of study
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Structured, careful, and independent way of working
- High motivation and reliability
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Driver's license Class B
