To support our team, we are looking for a motivated and reliable person in the area of fleet management and administration, effective immediately.


Daily Business

  • Support in the organization and management of our fleet of vehicles
  • Planning, coordination, and monitoring of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and statutory checks (e.g., TÜV, AU)
  • Coordination and handling of appointments related to our vehicles
  • Administration and processing of damage claims and accidents
  • Communication and coordination with workshops, leasing companies, insurance companies, and other service providers
  • Monitoring of deadlines and documentation of relevant vehicle records
  • Support with vehicle takeovers and returns
  • Control and management of operating costs, for example for fuel, maintenance, and leasing
  • Support with general organizational and administrative tasks
  • Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting, as well as monthly tax reporting
  • Recording and checking of business transactions
  • Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements


Your Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree, for example in business administration, public administration, mobility, or a comparable field of study
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Structured, diligent, and independent work style
  • High motivation and reliability
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Driver's license class B
