Tasks:

Co-create and develop energy-efficient, integrated, and sustainable building projects

• Support in planning and consulting in building physics for heat protection, moisture protection, and possibly acoustics

• Creation of evidence and simulations according to GEG and DIN V 18599

• Support in building certifications and ecological balance

• Support in project management for renovation projects in existing buildings

• Test, use, and integrate practical AI solutions into existing processes

Qualification

Studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, or a related field with a focus on building physics or energy efficiency

• Basic knowledge of energy-efficient renovation and heat protection

• Interest in sustainable solutions and climate protection measures

• Interest in actively using AI and implementing new, practical AI solutions

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Openness to new challenges and self-motivated and structured work style

• Team and communication strength

• Very good German and good English skills
