Your Mission

As a Student Assistant (m/w/d) for HR or Personnel, you will gain in-depth insights into operational personnel work and ongoing HR projects – with a lot of autonomy, high learning curve, and professional guidance from experienced HR colleagues.

Your Tasks

You will support...

• in candidate communication, take over invitations, rejections, and follow-ups, and ensure a positive candidate experience
• during onboarding, you will send welcome emails, organize start dates, and greet new employees in person
• in offboarding processes, for example, by maintaining checklists and administrative preparation
• in contract creation
• in the maintenance of employee data and keep our HR software (Personio) up-to-date
• in internal surveys and people-related topics

In addition, you will work on recruitment and HR projects (e.g., new processes, templates, or active sourcing) – depending on the need, project phase, and your personal interests.

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies or degree in economics, psychology, social sciences, HR, or comparable fields
• Interest in HR topics, ideally with initial work experience
• Structured, reliable working style and good organizational skills
• Good communication skills and proactivity
• Safe handling of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills a plus
• Pleasure in taking responsibility and really thinking ahead

This position is part-time and offers a hybrid work form – either from our office in the Munich city center or from home. The start date is expected to be early March, but we are flexible.
