This is what you can expect:

• Support in all HR daily business, including creation and maintenance of personal relevant documents
• Administration and care of access, accounts, and system authorizations
• Participation in the recruitment process, including candidate management and preparation or conduct of initial interviews
• Self-planned and implemented HR projects

This is what sets you apart:

• You are enrolled as a student in your Master's or at least in the 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree
• You have initial work experience in the HR field (e.g., through internships or work-study activities)
• You work structured and independently
• You are responsible and discreet with sensitive data
• Excellent German and good English skills round out your profile
