Aufgaben

This is what you can expect

• As part of our team, you'll receive comprehensive insights into daily HR recruiting and current HR projects.

• Support in processing and maintaining our applicant management system.

• Participation in creating, optimizing, and managing job postings.

• Participation in personal marketing and employer branding projects.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring with you

• Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) in a relevant field such as HR, business administration, economics or comparable.
• Ideal candidate with first-hand experience in the personnel department, preferably in recruiting.
• Proficient handling of MS Office and affinity for PC applications.
• Pleasure in dealing with people and high communication readiness.
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
• A minimum of 9 to 12 months' time and at least 15 hours per week available. We are generally interested in a long-term collaboration.
