Work Student (m/w/d) – HaloPSA & Cloud-Integrations

Your Tasks:

You have an IT background and enthusiasm to dive deep into a modern PSA system? At our company, you'll focus entirely on HaloPSA – from functions over configuration to integrations and interfaces. You'll ensure that our tools communicate smoothly with each other and our daily business runs smoothly.

• Setup, maintenance, and further development of our HaloPSA instance (pure Halo focus)
• Configuration of HaloPSA functions and adaptation to our internal processes
• Building and maintaining integrations and interfaces (e.g., via REST APIs)
• Bonding HaloPSA with our existing tool landscape (e.g., Microsoft 365)
• Identifying optimization potential and implementing improvements
• Documented configurations, workflows, and integrations

You Should Bring:

• You are an enrolled student (m/w/d) with an IT background (e.g., computer science, business informatics, or comparable) – what matters most to us is your interest and hands-on mentality
• You have good general knowledge about Cloud, APIs, and interface connections
• You're familiar with REST APIs and understand how systems communicate with each other
• You have experience with Microsoft 365
• You feel at home in modern Cloud tools and like to try out new things
• First encounters with HaloPSA (or another PSA/ticketing system) are a plus, but not a must
• You work structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented

You Can Expect:

• Current Apple equipment
• Annual team trip to Mallorca
• Flexible working hours (15-20 hours/week), with the possibility of mobile work

• Your hourly wage will be between 15 and 20 €, depending on your experience and background
