Werkstudent (m/w/d) Global Contract Management

We are looking for a motivated Werkstudent (m/w/d) in global contract management, who will support our team in harmonizing and further developing our global bus partner contracts and thereby gain comprehensive insights into our internationally oriented business environment. Organisational: Start date: as soon as possible, 16 hours per week, one-year contract with option to extend, work location: Munich (hybrid model). About the team You will be part of an international contract management and business excellence team responsible for implementing and further developing global bus partner contracts. We work with central and regional teams worldwide and ensure standardized, efficient, and legally secure contract processes. With modern tools and clear workflows, we continuously improve the quality and transparency of our contract management. About the role

• Support in harmonizing and implementing our global bus partner contracts across the company.
• Participation in automating, digitalizing, and standardizing our contract management.
• Creation, adaptation, and finalization of contract documents in close cooperation with the legal department.
• Processing and integration of new contract requirements and adaptation wishes into existing contract templates.
• Exchange with teams worldwide, e.g., on updates, translations, and local specifics.
• Active participation in process improvements and the further development of efficient workflows.

About you

• Enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in a business, law, or comparable field, ideally with an international focus.
• Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level).
• Pleasure in detail work, structure, and precise work with contracts.
• Reliable, independent, and meticulous working style.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Communicative, team-oriented, and open to new topics.
• First practical experience (e.g., through internships) is an advantage.
