Global Contract Management Student (m/w/d)

We are looking for a motivated Global Contract Management Student (m/w/d), who will support our team in harmonizing and further developing our global bus partner contracts and gain comprehensive insights into our international business environment. 

Organizational: 16 hours per week, one-year contract with option to extend, work location Munich (hybrid model).

Mit modernen Tools und klaren Workflows verbessern wir kontinuierlich die Qualität und Transparenz unseres Vertragsmanagements.

About the Role

• Support in harmonizing and implementing our global bus partner contracts across the company.
• Participation in automating, digitalizing, and standardizing our contract management processes.
• Creation, adaptation, and finalization of contract documents in close cooperation with the legal department.
• Processing and integration of new contract requirements and wishes into existing contract templates.
• Exchange with teams worldwide, e.g., on updates, translations, and local specifics.
• Active participation in process improvements and the development of efficient workflows.

About You

• Eingeschriebener Bachelor- or Master-Student*in in einem wirtschafts-, rechtswissenschaftlichen oder vergleichbaren Studiengang, idealerweise mit internationaler Ausrichtung.
• Very good German and English skills (each at least C1).
• Pleasure in detail work, structure, and precise working with contracts.
• Reliable, independent, and meticulous working style.
• Safe handling of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Communicative, team-oriented, and open to new topics.
• First practical experience (e.g., through internships) is an advantage.
