Job description

IRCA is a leading international supplier of semi-finished products for the bakery, confectionery, and ice cream markets, serving both independent producers and large food manufacturers (e.g., CPG). Core products include chocolate, chocolate decorations, creams, dough mixes, gelato ingredients, and other bakery/confectionery ingredients. The company, headquartered in Italy, was acquired in July 2022 by Advent International, the global private equity firm, and has a strong track record of growth over the past decade. This transformative acquisition has created a global market leader in the semi-finished products industry, with 22 production sites in Europe, the USA, and Asia, over 2,000 employees, and a combined turnover of 1 billion Euros.
