Student Assistant (m/w/d) for AI Data Annotation & Quality Assurance

We are IUNA AI, a Deep-Tech Startup that revolutionizes industrial manufacturing. We develop AI-Vision Systems for automating complex inspection processes in the automotive and manufacturing industries. Our solutions are based on Deep Learning and Edge Computing. To feed our neural networks with precise data, we are looking for support in data preparation. Tasks

You will directly support our development team in preparing training data for our KI models. Your key tasks include:

• Precise Data Annotation: You annotate image data for task areas such as segmentation (Segmentation) and object detection (Detection) with high accuracy.
• Quality Control: You check already annotated datasets for errors and consistency to ensure a high training quality of our algorithms.
• Data Management: Support in managing and structuring the dataset pipeline.

Qualification

We are looking for someone who works concentrated and understands that data quality directly determines the performance of AI.

• Status: You are currently enrolled at a German university.
• Workstyle: You work carefully, detailed, and reliably.
• Equipment: You have your own laptop/PC (Windows or Linux).
• Availability: You can support us 10-20 hours per week and are interested in a long-term collaboration.
• Language: Good German or English skills.

Advantage (but not required):

• Experience with annotation tools (e.g. CVAT, LabelImg).
• Studies in a technical or natural science field (Computer Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.).
• Basic interest in topics like Deep Learning or Computer Vision.
