Working Student (m/f/d) – Finance & Consulting (Entrepreneurial, Performance-Based)

Very good German language skills (C1+) are required, as the training, team communication, and perspective towards the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) are conducted entirely in German.

Your Areas of Responsibility

Start Phase (first weeks):

• Appointment Setting: You schedule customer appointments (phone, network, leads) and build a clean pipeline.

• Process Learning: You learn conversation guides, needs assessment, follow-up, and documentation standards.

• Performance Optimization: You work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve your results.

In further stages:

• Analysis & Preparation: You support the analysis of customer situations and prepare consulting documents in a structured manner.

• Customer Contact: You accompany conversations (depending on your progress), handle follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps.

• Documentation & Organization: You maintain clean processes, document consistently, and ensure reliability.

• Teamwork: You work closely with a high-performing team and take responsibility for your task packages.
