Working Student (m/f/d) – Finance & Consulting (Entrepreneurial, Performance-Based)

Very good German skills (C1+) are required, as training, communication within the team, and the perspective towards the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) take place entirely in German.

Your Areas of Responsibility

Initial Phase (first weeks):

• Appointment Setting: You will schedule customer appointments (phone, network, leads) and build a clean pipeline.

• Process Learning: You will learn call scripts, needs assessment, follow-up, and documentation standards.

• Performance Optimization: You will work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve your results.

Further Development:

• Analysis & Preparation: You will support the analysis of customer situations and systematically prepare consulting documents.

• Customer Contact: You will accompany conversations (depending on your progress), handle follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps.

• Documentation & Organization: You will maintain clean processes, document consistently, and ensure reliability.

• Teamwork: You will work closely with a high-performing team and take responsibility for your task packages.
